Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer with a portfolio of published apps.
• Proficiency in Swift (iOS), Kotlin/Java (Android), or cross-platform tools like Flutter/React Native.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDK integration.
• Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub version control.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with app analytics, A/B testing, and crash reporting tools.
• Experience in SaaS, HRTech, or e-commerce app development is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for iOS and Android platforms (native or cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter/React Native).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement clean, user-friendly interfaces.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
• Optimize app performance, ensure scalability, and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews to deliver high-quality apps.
• Stay up to date with latest mobile development trends, SDKs, and tools.
• Publish and maintain apps in App Store and Google Play Store.
• Ensure apps follow security, data protection, and compliance standards.
