• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven 3 years’ experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with prototyping and usability testing methods.
• Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for translating product requirements and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs that deliver seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with a solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design concepts.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Design modern, responsive, and accessible interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to validate design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovation into design solutions.
