To accelerate brand visibility and customer acquisition, NidusLab is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist who can craft and execute strategic marketing initiatives while driving measurable business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS and tech services.

  • Proven track record in customer acquisition, partnerships, and sales enablement.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Passion for innovation, branding, and customer success.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.

  • Design go-to-market plans for product launches and feature rollouts.

  • Identify opportunities in government tenders, enterprise markets, and partnerships.

Campaign Management

  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (advertising, email, content, events, social media).

  • Shape storytelling and positioning for NidusLab and its products.

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure unified messaging.

Digital Growth & Technology

  • Oversee marketing technology integration (CRM, automation, analytics).

  • Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and KPIs.

  • Build and manage lead-generation pipelines to drive customer conversion.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Support lead generation, qualification, and deal closures.

  • Develop partnerships with vendors, enterprises, and government institutions.

  • Participate in tender processes for government and enterprise opportunities.
